Exposed roof & balcony remedial works in Sydney
Concrete repairs, substrate rectification, falls correction and joint repairs for roofs and balconies affected by deterioration and water ingress.
02 · Remedial worksOverview
Repair and renewal of exposed roofs and balconies, including concrete repairs, substrate rectification, falls correction and joint repairs to elements affected by deterioration and water ingress.
Exposed roofs and balconies take the full weather load. Inadequate falls hold water on the surface, deteriorated joints open a path into the structure and slab edges can start to spall — showing up as leaks, staining and spalling in the units and facade below.
We repair and renew these elements as one scope: concrete repairs to slabs, edges and soffits, substrate rectification and falls correction in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and project requirements, and joint repairs at perimeters and movement joints — preparing roofs and balconies for subsequent waterproofing works.

Why do falls matter before waterproofing?
Correct falls promote drainage and reduce ponding, supporting the performance of the waterproofing system. BRASAAC provides substrate rectification and falls correction in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and project requirements, preparing roofs, balconies and wet areas for subsequent waterproofing works.
Can you work while residents use the building?
Yes. Access, noise and dust are planned around residents, and works are staged so the building keeps operating.
