04 · Remedial worksOverview
Complete bathroom and wet area refurbishment to address water ingress, dampness and deterioration, including all necessary repairs and renovation works to restore functionality and finishes.
Water escaping a shower, persistent dampness and leaks into the unit below usually point to the same places: a substrate that doesn’t fall to the floor waste, a waterproofing system that has reached its limit, and sealant joints that have deteriorated.
We deliver complete bathroom and wet area refurbishment to address water ingress, dampness and deterioration, including all necessary repairs and renovation works to restore functionality and finishes. The bathroom stays out of use until the repairs are completed. On one recent project, all 25 wet areas passed an independent substrate inspection against AS 3740.

FAQ
Bathrooms & wet areas: common questions.
Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp — a photo of the problem is the fastest way to a straight answer.
Do you work in occupied apartments?
Yes. Works are planned with the owner and building manager, with dust extracted at the tool and the area kept clean. Please note that the bathroom under repair stays out of use until the remedial works are completed.
Can we use the bathroom during the works?
No. For safety and for the repairs to cure properly, the bathroom being repaired stays out of use until the works are completed. We agree the programme with you before we start, so you can plan around it.
